Gree Versati IV DUO, 12.2/12.5 kW is a modern, fourth-generation air-to-water heat pump designed to guarantee maximum comfort, high energy efficiency, and reliable operation even in harsh conditions. The device is highly durable and suitable for both newly built A+/A++ class homes and renovated properties where energy-saving operation, as well as quiet and stable heating system performance, is crucial. This heat pump is best suited for large-area homes with high hot water demand. It features an integrated child lock protection function.
The DUO type device design allows for optimized efficiency and reduced indoor noise levels. The heat pump uses R32 refrigerant, which features higher energy efficiency and a lower environmental impact.
Gree Versati IV units feature a high COP of up to 5.08, meaning that up to 5.08 kW of heat can be generated from just one kW of electricity. The device maintains efficient operation down to -30°C outdoor temperature. The cooling mode of the unit also features a high coefficient of performance, EER, reaching up to 4.00. The nominal heating capacity of the unit at T=+7°C/+35°C is 12.2 kW, and the cooling capacity at T=+35°C/+18°C is 12.5 kW.
Controlling the heat pump is extremely convenient. It features an integrated color touch controller and a WiFi module, allowing you to monitor and control the system via smartphone. A backup electric heating element (3+3 kW) provides additional safety under extreme conditions. The indoor unit of the heat pump also features an integrated domestic hot water cylinder (boiler) that heats the water supplied to the system up to +55°C. Combining the boiler with the heat pump helps reduce energy consumption – the heat pump operates efficiently while the boiler keeps the water in an insulated reserve.
