Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These rules establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer and the seller when purchasing goods in the e-shop "jardis.lt".

By ordering goods, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

The seller may change the rules at any time. The rules in force at the time of placing the order shall apply to the buyer's purchase.

The buyer cannot place an order if they do not agree to the terms and conditions.

The seller is responsible for the sale, delivery, quality, return of goods, and the implementation of other rights and obligations of the seller provided for by legal acts.

The buyer can order goods by registering or without registering in the e-shop.

When ordering goods, the buyer must provide personal data: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

The buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purposes of purchasing and delivering goods.

The seller will send informational messages to the email address and telephone number specified by the buyer.

The buyer can change, supplement, or remove their personal data at any time.

The seller protects the buyer's personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Goods can be purchased by:

• Active natural persons

• Minors aged 14 to 18 with the consent of parents or guardians

• Legal entities

• Authorized representatives

The seller may restrict the buyer's use of the e-shop if the buyer violates the rules.

The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded when the buyer receives a notification of order confirmation.

Goods are considered ordered when the buyer receives confirmation that the execution of the order has started.

The place of conclusion of the contract is considered to be the Republic of Lithuania.

Prices of goods are indicated in euros including VAT.

Payment can only be made in euros.

In the event of a change in the official currency of the Republic of Lithuania, the prices of goods shall be converted in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts.

Payment methods:

• E-banking

• Bank transfer

The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately.

The seller shall provide a VAT invoice no later than within 3 (three) working days from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The buyer must specify the exact delivery address of the goods.

Available delivery methods:

• Via courier

• Collection from the warehouse in Šiauliai

The buyer must collect the goods at the time agreed with the courier.

If delivery of the goods is impossible due to the buyer's fault, the seller may terminate the contract.

The seller delivers the goods in accordance with the terms specified in the product descriptions.

The seller is released from liability for delay in delivery of goods if it is not due to the seller's fault.

The buyer must immediately inform the seller if the shipment is damaged or does not match the order.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and must not have lost their commercial appearance.

In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The seller shall refund the price paid to the buyer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

A warranty is provided for the sold goods in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The warranty period is specified in the product descriptions.

In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer has the right to free repair, return, or price reduction of the goods by the seller.

These rules are a document approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

These rules are provided to the buyer in the e-shop in the Lithuanian language.

These rules may be changed without prior notice to the buyer.

The new version of the rules can be reviewed in the e-shop.

The provisions of these rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

All disputes arising in connection with these rules or the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
