Gree Versati IV monobloc 10.2/10.2 kW R32 is an innovative, efficient, and compact air-to-water heat pump system that utilizes only a single outdoor unit. All refrigerant components are integrated outdoors, meaning there is no refrigerant piping inside the building, completely eliminating the risk of indoor refrigerant leaks. This solution not only increases system safety but also significantly simplifies installation - no copper refrigerant pipes are required, as only the water loop is connected indoors.
The monobloc is designed for space heating, cooling, and domestic hot water preparation (using a separate boiler). The device integrates advanced inverter technology, a two-stage compressor, and eco-friendly R32 refrigerant – this guarantees high energy efficiency and exceptional operational stability even at low outdoor temperatures. The appliance achieves an A+++ energy efficiency class and raises the supplied water temperature up to +60 °C, making it perfectly suited for use in properties with both underfloor heating and low-temperature radiators.
The monobloc also features an integrated Class A circulation pump, two 1.5 kW electric backup heaters, a bottom plate heating cable, and an anti-corrosive heat exchanger coating, ensuring a long service life and reliable operation. The device is equipped with a Lithuanian menu, a color touch-screen controller, and WiFi remote control.
This appliance offers the capability to control two separate heating circuits, while the cooling function allows for both passive cooling through the floor and active cooling via fan coils. This unit is a versatile and reliable choice for both newly constructed and renovated Class A+ homes where efficiency, ease of installation, and comfort are of paramount importance.
